Now i am very happy to share the informations about the Beautiful Natural waterfalls-"KAKKADAMPOYIL".. those are situated in calicut district,kerala,india.
Actually it is located 40 km from calicut town.. The proper place is that "koombaara" almost 15 km from the town "mukkam". one part of this waterfalls situated in malappuram district and the other is in calicut district..
Kerala's one of the famous river "CHALIYAR" is originated from such some waterfalls..like kakkadampoyil,arippara,aadyanpara waterfalls etc..
Kerala Govt have provided somany KSRTC buses to this area...

Kakkadampoil is the coollest hill station of malappuram dt. The stay in kakkadampoil is memmorable. Thottappally 5 kms offroading is a thrilling experience. It is a nice place for spending the vacation.
